Please read the following policies carefully before booking your reading:

Confidentiality and Data Privacy:
All readings are treated with strict confidentiality. Your personal information and reading details will be safeguarded in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Solo Practitioner Notice:
This service is operated solely by me (in collaboration with my spirit guides). Please note that I also have a full-time job, so immediate responses may not always be possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Contact Policy:
Please refrain from calling if I am unable to respond immediately. I will reply to messages as soon as possible within my available time.

Age Restriction:
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a reading. Those under 18 require parental consent.

Right to Refuse Service:
I reserve the right to decline any reading request that conflicts with my ethical guidelines or if I feel unable to provide accurate insights. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

No Tarot Spying:
Readings focus on your experiences and journey. I do not provide readings about others without their consent. However, if your query pertains to your connection with another person, a reading can be conducted.

Respect for Free Will:
I respect each individual's free will and do not answer questions about decisions that are yours to make. My role is to provide guidance based on insights into what’s to come. Questions like "Is this the right thing for me?", "Is s/he the one?", or "Should I let go?" are decisions you must make, as they require personal accountability.

Format of Readings:

• Tarot Readings: Delivered as a video recording via a Google Drive link, accessible only to you.

• Astrology Readings: Delivered as a PDF document.

Reading Timeframe:

• Tarot Readings: Usually delivered the next day, with a specific schedule provided in the order confirmation.

• Astrology Readings: Delivered within 2 to 5 days, depending on the package selected.

Subjectivity of Tarot Readings:
Tarot readings are meant as guidance and are not definitive predictions. Outcomes are influenced by your free will and decisions.

Nature of Astrology Reports:
Astrology reports are designed to offer insightful guidance rather than precise, minute details.

No Refunds:
Due to the time and energy invested, all services are non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready to commit before booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Once booked, readings cannot be canceled.

Follow-Up Questions:
Follow-up questions or additional readings require a separate booking and payment. Follow-up questions are priced at 100 per question and involve drawing additional cards.

Personal Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for interpreting and acting on the insights provided. I am not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on a reading.

Not a Substitute for Professional Help:

Not for Emergencies:
